1. About Us

Stellar Inspire Ltd (Company Number 16368158) provides astronomy education programmes including after-school clubs, workshops, events, camps, and online learning for children and young people across London and the UK.

2. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Payment is required at the time of booking via our secure payment provider (Stripe)
• Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable
• A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the programme start date will receive a full refund
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before will receive a 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before are non-refundable
• If we cancel a session or programme, a full refund will be provided
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

4. Programme Participation

• Parents/guardians must provide accurate information about their child, including any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements
• Children must be collected promptly at the end of sessions
• We reserve the right to refuse participation if a child's behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others
• Participants attend programmes at their own risk

5. Safeguarding

The safety of children is our highest priority. All our educators and staff undergo DBS checks. We follow comprehensive safeguarding policies in line with UK government guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including lesson plans, materials, images, and branding, is the property of Stellar Inspire Ltd and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

7. Photography and Media

We may take photographs or videos during sessions for promotional purposes. Parents/guardians will be asked to provide consent for their child's image to be used. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

8. Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure safety, Stellar Inspire Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programmes, except where required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
